Allan Ansell

My interest in photography covers over 40 years. During that time work has included fine art photography, portraiture, weddings, pets and special events. I am a founding member of the Idaho Photographic Workshop, an active member of the Professional Photographers of America, The Professional Photographers of Idaho and the National Association of Photoshop Professionals.

I also provide photographic services to both St Alphonsus and St Luke’s Hospitals as a volunteer with “Now I lay Me Down to Sleep”. NILMDTS is a non-profit organization. Our services are available to all parents experiencing the death of a baby. There are no fees for the memories that we capture.

In February of 2006 I moved my studio from my home to its present location. My studio is much like my photography, simple and clean. I use a minimum of props and lights, allowing the subject to be its self.
